About us

Constantin Kokkinos, Swiss citizen, originated from the cantons of Zurich and of Grisons (Graubünden), admitted at the Geneva Bar association and registered in the Attorneys’ Register of the canton of Geneva.

Born 1958, E.D. from U.C. Berkeley (USA), studied International Law at Aix en Provence (France) in Tübingen (Germany) and in Exeter (UK). Over 30 years of professional experience in international transactions and transborder litigation.

In Great Britain, Constantin was awarded by the Corporate International Legal Awards both in 2023 and in 2024 with the prize of the best litigation lawyer in Switzerland.

Charline Secret, a French national, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and is currently studying for a Master’s degree in Law at the University of Geneva. With a passion for international law, she combines a strong academic background with a keen interest in legal research. A native French speaker, she is fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of Spanish and German.

Kara Djakou, a French and German national, holds a Bachelor’s degree in international relations, a Bachelor’s degree in law and a Certificate in transnational law. She is currently finishing a Master’s degree in economic law at the University of Geneva. A native French speaker, she is also fluent in English and has a basic understanding of German.

Maud Strassel, a French national, holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations and a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Geneva. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in law at the same institution. A native French speaker, she also has a good command of English and a basic knowledge of German.

Bertille Boulanger, a French national, holds a Certificate of Specialisation in Law from the University of Geneva. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws, specialising in European law, and a Master of Laws from the University of Fribourg, as well as a Licence in Law and a Master’s degree in French and Swiss law from the University of Paris-Panthéon-Assas. A native French speaker, she is fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of German and Italian.

Tereza Latova, a Czech national, holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Law and is currently in the final stages of qualifying as a solicitor in the United Kingdom. She is also completing a second Master’s degree in Law at the University of Geneva. Czech and English are her mother tongues; she has an excellent command of French and a good command of Spanish and German.
