Constantin Kokkinos, Swiss citizen, originated from the cantons of Zurich and of Grisons (Graubünden), admitted at the Geneva Bar association and registered in the Attorneys’ Register of the canton of Geneva.
Born 1958, E.D. from U.C. Berkeley (USA), studied International Law at Aix en Provence (France) in Tübingen (Germany) and in Exeter (UK). Over 30 years of professional experience in international transactions and transborder litigation.

In Great Britain, Constantin was awarded by the Corporate International Legal Awards both in 2023 and in 2024 with the prize of the best litigation lawyer in Switzerland.
(Jurist intern) David Nguyen, a French national, holds the Certificate of Specialisation in Legal Practice issued by the Law School of the University of Geneva. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Swiss Law and a Master’s degree in International and European Law from the same institution. French is his mother tongue; he also has a good command of English and solid knowledge of Vietnamese.


Elif Zoé Barkin, a French national, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Geneva and is pursuing a Master’s in Law and the Certificate of Specialisation in Legal Practice at the same institution. She is fluent in French, Turkish and English. She has also a good knowledge of Spanish.

Mélinée Kodochian, a French national, holds a Master's degree in International and Comparative Law obtained at the University of Lausanne, as well as a Master's degree in fundamental rights law from the Catholic University of Lyon. French is her mother tongue; she also has a good command of English and Armenian.


Lisa Michelle Schintu, a Swiss-Italian national, will complete her Bachelor's degree in International Relations at the University of Geneva this year and will subsequently pursue a Master's degree in International Law at the University of St. Gallen. German and Italian are her native languages, and she also has excellent command of English and French, as well as a good command of Spanish.
