Europe
Europe is our second home. We know the EU system well and we have close relationships with partners in many cities across the continent. Constantin has represented clients in front of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg and also in the Court of Justice of the EU in Luxembourg. He is familiar with the rules of law in several European countries as well as with the procedure of recognition of foreign decisions and their direct applicability in the EU. So when it comes to EU law, we are there to help.
We are member of DACH (European association of German speaking lawyers), which enhances the cooperation between german-speaking lawyers from 25 countries for the purpose of exchanging experience and information as well as providing knowledge of the legal system in the four core entirely or partially German speaking countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein.
